1May 31st, 2013 - The Clint Bowyer Motorsports team invaded Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) on Friday evening for a $10,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) program. A field of twenty-one competitors took to the 4/10 mile, high-banked oval. A fifth place finish in his heat race positioned him starting sixteenth on the grid for the 50 lap feature. The finale proved to be an attrition-filled event, and Landers would not be immune as he was collected in a pair of lap 3 multi-car incidents before a flat tire forced him pitside just past the halfway point. He would rejoin the tail of the field before rebounding to an eighth place finish.

Full results from the program are available at www.LucasDirt.com.

May 25th, 2013- Jared Landers entered the 21st Annual Lucas Oil Show Me 100 over the weekend at Lucas Oil Speedway 1(Wheatland, Missouri) in his #5 Clint Bowyer Motorsports/Peak Motor Oil/Barry Wright/Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model.

On Thursday evening a $5,000-to-win, Lucas Oil MLRA Super Late Model Series program was held, and with seventy-four entries on hand the pill draw determined heat race line ups. Unfortunately Jared drew a large number, and on a very slimy track he would fail to advance enough positions in heat race and b-main action to earn a spot in the finale. As a result his night ended early.

Friday night found qualifying and preliminary action contested for the $30,000-to-win, 21st Annual Lucas Oil Show Me 100 as seventy-two entries returned for battle. Qualifying locked Landers into the seventh starting spot for his heat race, and during the course of the heat he worked his way forward to a third place finish, which locked him into Saturday night's, 100 lap finale in the thirteenth starting spot. In the feature Landers made several pit stops under caution periods before ultimately registering a sixteenth place finish.

Jared is currently eighth in the latest LOLMDS standings. Full results from the event and the latest series' standings are available at www.LucasDirt.com.

1May 18th, 2013 - The 2013 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) campaign took Jared Landers to his home track over the weekend for the $20,000-to-win, 2nd Annual Bad Boy 98.

Forty entries were on hand for the $20,000-to-win event, and a third place finish in his heat race on Friday evening locked Landers into the eleventh starting spot for Saturday night's 98 lap finale. He had high hopes for the finale, but contact from another driver sent him spinning into the turn three wall early in the event as he collected several other cars. While he was luckily able to continue the damage that Landers received in the melee hampered his efforts at the 3/8 mile oval, and he recorded an eleventh place finish.

Jared is currently eighth in the latest LOLMDS standings. Full results from the event and the latest series' standings are available at www.LucasDirt.com.

1May 11th, 2013 - A cool May weekend took Jared Landers and Clint Bowyer Racing to northern Illinois for a pair of $10,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) events at La Salle Speedway (La Salle, Illinois).

Unfortunately an extremely wet track from overnight rain forced track officials to cancel Friday night's program just before hot laps. As a result the weekend was reduced to a single, $10,000-to-win race on Saturday night, where thirty-eight competitors registered for battle. Struggles in time trials left Jared starting deep in the second heat race, and while he was able to advance to a sixth place finish, he was forced to a b-main as only the top four finishers locked into the feature. A third place finish in his b-main locked Landers into the twenty-first starting spot for the 50 lap finale, and he would go on to register an eighteenth place finish.

Jared is now eighth in the latest LOLMDS standings. Full results from the event and the latest series' standings are available at www.LucasDirt.com.

May 4th, 2013 - With the weekend's scheduled Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) events in Illinois and Kentucky nixed by rain the team altered their plans as they entered the annual Southern 100 at Southern Ohio Speedway (Wheelersburg, Ohio).

On Friday night a $4,000-to-win, unsanctioned event was held at the 3/8 mile oval as rough track conditions awaited the competitors. Unfortunately with 39 entries in the pit area Landers would encounter mechanical issues in heat race action, which forced him to scratch from the balance of the program.

The team got a fresh start on Saturday night as a $12,000-to-win program was contested with 31 entries on hand. Heat race action found Landers missing the transfer to the feature by one spot, but a b-main win earned him the nineteenth starting spot for the 60 lap finale. In a race filled with attrition Jared raced his way to a twelfth place finish.
