November 24th, 2013 - After seeing its completion being delayed a week by Mother Nature the 23rd Annual Blue/Gray 100 finally drew to a close on Sunday afternoon as the final 95 laps of the $10,000-to-win, Southern All Star Super Late Model event was contested.
On Sunday, November 17th preliminary action for the historic event were held at the 1/2 mile oval, and Landers raced his way into the feature. However, by lap 5 of the feature as Jared ran in the 6th position, rain would arrive forcing officials to postpone the final 95 laps of the feature a week.
As action resumed Jared continued to pilot his #5 Clint Bowyer Racing/Barry Wright Super Late Model in the top ten and would run there until just past the halfway point, when a mechanical failure ended Landers' night and his 2013 season.

November 9th, 2013 - The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway (Concord, North Carolina) played host to the 7th Annual World Finals over the weekend as Jared Landers took part in the event. A strong field of 74 entries took part in the $12,000-to-win event, and Thursday night's program was headlined by a two rounds of qualifying, which set the heat race line-ups for Friday and Saturday night's program.
Via his qualifying effort Landers started 7th in his heat race on Friday night, and advanced to a 4th place finish, which left him one spot short of earning a transfer spot to the feature. As a result he started on the front row of a b-main and battled for a transfer spot for much of the event before falling just short of moving onto the feature as his night came to an early end.
On Saturday evening the team hoped for a better outing, but it was not meant to be as struggles in heat race and b-main action found Landers failing to qualify for the feature event as his night came to an early end.
