1October 25th, 2014 - Jared Landers and the Double L Motorsports team competed in the 20th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic over the weekend at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi).

A stout field of forty-eight competitors filled the pit area for the $15,000-to-win event, and via qualifications Jared locked into the fourth starting spot for his heat race on Friday night. He slipped to a fifth place finish, which positioned him starting third in a b-main on Saturday.

Landers battled for a transfer position early on in the b-main, but ultimately slipped to a fifth place finish. With only the top two finishers moving on to the 100 lap finale, Jared's weekend would come to an early end.

October 24th, 2014 - Jared Landers has had a busy season.

During the offseason Landers left the Clint Bowyer Racing Late Model team and returned to his Batesville, Arkansas hometown to race his own equipment. Going from a hired gun driver to trying to drive as well as operate your own team certainly comes with its challenges, but Landers has had a pretty good season behind the wheel of the white number 777.

1October 19th, 2014 - Jared Landers concluded the 2014 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) campaign over the weekend with a trip to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the 34th Annual Dirt Track World Championship at the 3/8 mile oval.

Eighty-nine entries filled the pit area for the crown-jewel event, and time trials on Friday night positioned Landers starting third on the grid in his heat race. With the top three finishers transferring to the feature Jared settled to a fifth place finish, which relegated him to a b-main on Saturday night, where he started in the fourth position.

Rain on Saturday would however force the program to be pushed to Sunday afternoon. In the consolation event Landers failed to earn a transfer spot as he was forced to utilize a series provisional to start the 100 lap, $50,000-to-win finale in the 26th position. Jared advanced twelve positions throughout the course of the main event en route to a fourteenth place finish.

October 11th, 2014 - It was an up and down weekend for Jared Landers as he entered the 11th Annual Magnolia State Cotton Pickin' 100 at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi).

A strong field of seventy-two entries converged on the state-of-the-art oval for the $20,000-to-win program, and via his qualifying efforts Jared earned the second starting spot for his heat race. He went on to finish third, locking him into the twelfth starting spot for Saturday's main event.

In the 100 lap finale, Landers was battle for position when he and Eric Jacobsen made contact causing him to spin out. Landers was able to continue at the tail of the field but, retired shortly after to a 20th place finish.

1October 5th, 2014 - With the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) 2014 season winding down the team traveled to Georgia over the weekend for a pair of events.

Saturday evening took the team to Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the annual Dixie Shootout as forty-five entries registered for battle in the $10,000-to-win race. Heat race and b-main action found Jared falling short of transferring to the feature, forcing him to utilize a Series Provisional to lock into the 24th starting spot for the finale. He would go on to record a 22nd place finish in the final rundown.

On Sunday night action shifted to Rome International Speedway (Rome, Georgia) for another $10,000-to-win, LOLMDS event. Thirty-four entries filled the pit area at the 1/2 mile oval, as Landers enjoyed a much better outing, using a third place finish in his heat race to lock into the eleventh starting spot for the feature. During the course of the 50 lapper Jared advanced to a solid eighth place finish.
