During the course of the feature, Landers battled amongst the top five early on before a terminal issue forced him to retire to a disappointing 21st place finish.
Saturday's event at Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) fell victim to Mother Nature.
Jared is currently tied with Brandon Sheppard for eighth in the latest series' standings. Full results from the events as well as the latest series' standings are available at www.LucasDirt.com.
April 11th, 2015 - With yet another weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) nixed by rain, the team decided to enter a doubleheader at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) with the Lucas Oil Midwest Latemodel Racing Association (MLRA).
A stout field of fifty-two entries signed in for Friday night, $2,000-to-win program. Jared finished third in his heat race after starting sixth, locking him into the 30-lap finale. Landers went on to register a fifth place finish behind race winner Ryan Gustin, Jesse Stovall, Billy Moyer and Chad Simpson.
Saturday night's finale saw the winner's check increasing to $3,000 as forty-seven competitors returned for battle. Landers drew the fifth starting spot for his heat race and charged to the victory, earning him the pole position for the 40-lap main event. Jared jumped to the race lead at the drop of the green flag and never looked back, leading all 40-laps of the feature event to his first victory of the season by a half-track over his nearest competitor.

April 4th, 2015 - Jared Landers and the Double L Motorsports team traveled to LaSalle Speedway (LaSalle, Illinois) over the weekend for the annual Thaw Brawl.
A field of thirty Super Late Models converged on the oval for Night #1, which posted a $5,000 top prize. Mechanical issues stuck the team early in the night and Jared was forced to scratch from his heat race, pinning him team in the b-main. Landers was able to return to action for the b-main, but was unable to reach a transfer position as his night would come to an early end.
Saturday night's finale saw the winner's check increasing to $15,000 as Jared enjoyed a much better start to his outing. Landers posted the fastest lap overall during time trials, and went on to finish second in his heat to lock into the fifth starting spot for the 75-lap finale. Landers raced around the top five throughout the duration of the event before crossing the finish line in fifth behind race winner, Bobby Pierce, Chris Simpson, Ricky Weiss, and Brian Shirley.
