July 26th, 2016 - Competing in the rescheduled St. Louis U-Pic-A-Part 100, Jared Landers headed to Macon Speedway (Macon, Illinois) on Tuesday night for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned event. Recording a 4th place finish in his heat, Jared earned the 11th-starting spot for the feature. Moving into the Top 10, Landers passed two cars into the 100-lapper scoring a 9th place outing.

July 23rd, 2016 - On Friday night Jared Landers invaded I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Silver Dollar Nationals. Running two rounds heat races, Jared was one of fifty-eight cars signed in for the two-day event. Being the only competitor to capture two heat race victories, Landers earned the pole position starting spot for the $40,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night. After leading the first nine laps, Jared fell back to a 8th place outing in the 80-lap affair.

July 16th, 2016 - Back with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Jared Landers visited Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Friday night for the Battle at the Beach 50. Running into trouble early in the night, Landers was able to walk out of his car uninjured after flipping end-over-end in hot-laps. After pulling out his secondary car, Landers was slated to start 23rd for the feature after using a provisional. Charging though the field fifteen spots in the A-Main, Jared notched a 8th place finish.

The following night brought forty-one cars to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the CMH Diamond Nationals. Starting the night off with a heat race win, Landers earned a front row high-side starting spot for the feature alongside Brandon Sheppard. Passing for the lead on lap 13, Jared held on for the remainder of the 60-lap A-Main picking up his third win of the season over Jimmy Owens, Jonathan Davenport, Tim McCreadie, and Scott Bloomquist trailing him across the finish line. July 9th, 2016 - After a rain-out on Thursday night at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina), the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) picked back up on Friday for the 18th Annual Grassy Smith Memorial at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina). Falling short of transfer spot in his heat with a 7th place outing, Jared captured a runner-up finish in his B-Main earning him a 20th place starting spot for the feature. Moving up one position in the 50-lapper, Jared posted a 19th place finish.

On Saturday night the LOLMDS headed to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Mountain Moonshine Classic. Placing 2nd in his heat behind Scott Bloomquist, Landers was slated to stared 6th for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Hanging on to a podium finish, Jared notched a runner-up finish behind Dale McDowell with Scott Bloomquist, Tim McCreadie, and Steve Francis rounding out the top five.

July 3rd, 2016 - Following the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) over the 4th of July weekend, Jared Landers was one of thirty-three Super Late Models signed in at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) on Saturday night for the Independence 60. Scoring a runner-up finish in his heat behind Tim McCreadie, Jared earned a 7th place starting spot for the A-Main. Moving up five positions in the 60-lapper, Jared Landers notched a runner-up finish behind Scott Bloomquist with Steve Francis, Tim McCreadie, and Rod Conley rounding out the top five.

Sunday night brought the LOLMDS to Muskingum County Speedway (Zanesville, Ohio) for the Lumi-Lite Candle 60. After posting the 2nd fastest time in his group, Jared stormed to a heat race win setting him up with a 2nd place starting spot for the main event. Jumping into the lead for the first 18 laps, Landers slipped up two spots registering a solid 3rd place finish behind Scott Bloomquist and Don O’Neal with Earl Pearson Jr. and Brandon Sheppard trailing them to the checkers.
